What is the small yellow bar at the top right of the iPhone 14 screen ?

It is under the cell tower strength bars WI-FI bands and battery gauge. It is semi transparent and I have no idea when it shows up. Just see it every now and then. Looks to be some what solid on the left end but transparent on the right. Thank you
If it is on the battery icon it means that the phone is in low power mode.

If you mean the small horizontal bar to the top right of your lock screen, it only means that you can swipe down to reveal the Control center (a nice visual reminder), just like the larger bar at the bottom of the screen is a reminder that you can swipe up.
This small horizontal bar to the top right will not be visible on your Home screen.
