If someone added my card to their Apple Pay account, would I be notified?

If someone where to add my card to their Apple Pay account and I wasn’t aware, would I receive a message from apple or my bank that someone has added my card to their Apple Pay account or would I not be aware?

In short yes.

If your Apple ID password and account name were compromised, you’d be notified a new device was added to your Apple ID account. Two Factor Authentication (2FA) would have also required you to share your 6 digit 2FA code with a fraudulent actor.
