Charged twice above my monthly subscription for Apple One

I have been charged twice above my monthly subscription for Apple One every month since June 2022. How do I stop this and get these payments refunded?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
