My Iphone touch screen doesnt work, its only on the homescreen and i cant write my password. I have tried to restart my phone but the screen is still frozen. Ive also tried to update through my mac and it wont update or restart. My phone is 1 year old no cracks on it just some bumps. Everything else is fine all of the buttons and siri etc.
