I recently did a silly goofy and set the apple ID as someone I don't know.
I am the original owner, I bought the Iphone from an official apple store and I sent the original apple receipt into the Activation Lock Request.
I received "We are unable to process your request at this time."
My device is no longer listed in my devices list and I'm scared theres nothing much I can do, any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you

From what you say I can't say why it wasn't accepted. I suggest you call them and see if you can at least get an explanation.
