Freeform not synching across devices or users

As noted in a previous thread, Freeform isn't syncing from iPad where I created and am revising a board to my MacBook. Neither is FreeForm syncing with the collaborator to their MacBook. Portions of the board show up, but the revisions I did today on the iPad are incomplete on the MacBook. It seemed to restore when I went into text boxes and changed the Front/Back settings a couple of hours ago. I tried that again, just now, but that didn't solve the problem this time. On my Mac, I created a text box and it showed up immediately on my iPad, but it doesn't work the other way: if I create a new text box on my iPad, it isn't visible on my MacBook. Toggling between Front/Back for the text box created on the MacBook doesn't help. What can I do to solve this problem? FreeForm is only useful if it will sync seamlessly and completely between devices and users.

Hello KASinPD,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. To ensure that Freeform syncs from the iPad to your Mac seamlessly, let's ensure that Freeform is turned on with the settings for iCloud on each device. On the iPad, you'll want to go in Settings > tap your name at the top > iCloud > Show All and verify that Freeform is turned on.

On the Mac, go to the menu bar and select the Apple icon > System Settings > tap on your name at the top > iCloud > Show All and verify that Freeform is turned on.

In addition, please ensure that both devices are connected to reliable Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If you have Low Power mode turned on, please turn it off as this is recommended to help sync the data in Freeform on both devices.

Following these steps may help and we look forward to hearing back from you with an update.

Best regards.
