good evening i want to decribe my issue when I bought my mobile i bought it as a locked and then and contacted with the locked company and paid the amount to unlock the phone but till now the phone still locked

You likely threw away your money on that “unlocking company.”
Only the mobile carrier who locked the phone can unlock it.
And if you’re not an active, paying subscriber of THAT carrier, they have no incentive to do so.
