Hacked Apple ID with no any options to move forward

My apple ID was hacked and password, security questions and my birth date were changed. I could reset password but I cannot reset security questions. Therefore I cannot do ANYTHING with my account. I cannot even delete it. Please give me a contact, an e-mail or something where I can ask for deleting my account with this e-mail address.
