Apple Watch Removing Liked Songs from Spotify App?

Good Evening,

For the past few months I've been noticing that my Apple Watch has been "unliking or unhearting" all my spotify songs on my Apple Watch. It's not happening on my iPhone but has been constantly happening to my Apple Watch to where it comes to a point where eventually all my songs are from a playlist is unliked but yet, the playlist is still liked. Can anyone please explain or give me a reason why it's happening? My theory/prediction is the Spotify Interface on my Apple Watch because the heart button is very big and super close to the back, forward, and play button. But as a person who has just been newly introduced to the Apple Watch and it's features, I currently do not possess the ability or knowledge to change my Spotify Interface on my Apple Watch. Therefore, I'm asking, does anyone know I can change my Spotify App interface on my Apple Watch and or prevent this from happening ever again? Thank you.
