Trouble updating Apple Watch When I try to update my Apple Watch it says to update my iPhone first, even though my iPhone is up to date. Does anyone else have this issue? How do I fix it? Thanks.

if the watch is running watchOS9 then it requires an iphone that runs ios16 or newer
