I recently deleted photos from my deleted photos that I need to retrieve. Is that possible. It’s has been in the last week I did this.

I was recently assigned a company iPad. I also have a company assigned phone. When setting up the iPad, other data downloaded from the IPhone to the iPad. Such as family photos. I never authorized the phone to sync, but being as both devices share the same number. It did. I didn’t want my photos on the iPad so I deleted the photos from the iPad. Somehow when I deleted them from the iPad😔they were also deleted from my iPhone: this happened less than a week ago. I updated my cloud storage, but still have not able to recover the pics.

Are your photos still in Recently Deleted? Then recover them from there as soon as possible. They will be purged from the Recently Deleted album automatically after thirty days and are permanently deleted.

The iCloud backup of your iPhone or iPad does not include the photos, when you are using iCloud Photos, see: What does iCloud back up? - Apple Support. So it is essential to make regularly separate backups of your iCloud data on a computer, for example as described in the link posted by MrHoffman.

You’re sharing an Apple ID, and that ends badly for separation of data.

iCloud Photos is a synchronization service, which means adding or deleting in one place repeats everywhere.

If the photos are no longer in the recently deleted album, they’re permanently deleted. Which means you’ll need to find copies of those photos from elsewhere.
