Hi! My iPhone 13 Pro Max said camera unknown part. I didn’t replace my camera. I don’t know what happened. Could you please help me? Thank you very much

My camera is 2x zoom when we open to take pictures.

Did you get it fixed? My iphone is doing the same since this morning. Only working on 2x and the portait mode on 3x !!!!!
