"CoreServicesUIAgent" "Verifying "Microsoft Outlook""

I open Outlook (or Excel, or Word) and I get the verification window.

Annoying to WAIT but ok whatever. But then, even if the App opens, that little window stays on the screen. I cannot get rid of it by clicking the "x" on the right, or quitting the application, or force-quitting the application. The little window stays open and only has the yellow minimize button available. The only way to make it disappear is to restart.

SUPER annoying - What can I do?

Does this happen with all Office apps? I know your Mac can’t be upgraded to the latest OS, but maybe this article can help!:

I found the CoreServicesUIAgent on the Activity Monitor - Quitting did not work, but FORCE quitting did.

Thank you so very much.

Now if I can just keep it from verifying at all... 😵‍💫

Yes. All Office Apps. I will try what you suggest. If it does not work I guess I will just have to agree to be annoyed!
