I received an iphone 13 from the Netherlands. My iphone charger does not fit in the port. The port is very narrow. Is this a true iphone? Is there some difference in chargers/ports between European and US iphones?
I think it's called a lightning charger? It's the same type of charger that I have had for all iphones I have ever owned.
Any idea why it won’t fit inside?
An iPhone 13 should use a lightning connector. What type of cable are you trying to use?
I’m using the iPhone charging cable that came with my iPhone 13 mini.
That’s a Lightning Port and connector.
They’ve been on ALL iPhones since the iPhone 5 was released; almost 11-years ago.
Debris or possibly physical damage to the port itself.
The port (red phone) is very narrow compared to the other iPhone

Supposedly ‘New’ on eBay. I have purchased a phone from eBay before and it was fine. I’m requesting my money back for this one because I don’t know if it’s really an iPhone (??)
