We are selling our house. I have an extensive number of devices and automations that are controlling everything. Can I just share the home with the new owners and then delete the two accounts that we have to transfer control to the new owners?
No. When you’re ready to move, remove these devices from your home app. They will need to set up these devices on their own home system. They might not even use Apple HomeKit and some of these devices will need to connect to their own wifi network.

No. While you can share, that share will always be attached to your account. The new owners would be wise to delete and reset everything anyway.
