iPhone12 mini, to downgrade from ios16.6 !

ios 16.6 is very unsatisfactory - no facial recognition; and problem opening new internet pages on Data alone even when Roaming is on; very slow opening an internet page on Data, and sometimes does not open at all, and have to access WIFI !!

Want to know how to get back to previous ios: ios15 or ios15.1
