Unable to update my MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2015) from Yosemite to Monterey due to iCloud/AppleID glitch
I have a Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). I connected it to my iCloud account. When I try to update the system from OS X Yosemite to Monterey it asks me to sign in to download from the App Store. I enter my credentials and it claims that "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect." They are not. I actually get the notification with the code to enter on my other devices, but I have nowhere to enter it on my MacBook. Only the message that my credentials are incorrect. What am I doing wrong? PLEASE HELP! I try to set up this computer for my daughter - school starts next week.
