New Apple Care not showing in my new device subscriptions

Just purchased a new 14 Pro Max. As advised I cancelled the Apple Care on my old phone, but when I look at subscriptions in the new phone, Apple Care is not there. It is on my receipt. Do I have to do something to activate this?

Now that I've cancelled the old Apple Care is my new device not protected?

Go to Settings/General/About/Coverage.

Also, enter the serial number here→Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage

Open the Settings App.

Tap General, then About

Tap Coverage

Do you see AppleCare+

If you do, it has been applied to your new phone. If you don't and you just got the phone, it can take a couple days for it to appear there. If after a couple days, you don't see it there, if you are in the US, you can call Apple and ask to speak with AppleCare+ Plan Administration by calling 800-My-Apple
