Unable to activate face-time and imessage
Tried activating and troubleshooting for facetime and imessage but it is not activating

What are the steps you are taking? It could be that the person you are calling doesn’t have a iPhone or features as you. Make sure that iMessage and FaceTime is on showing green under each of their settings. You can also click the button that says send SMS when iMessage is unavailable.
