There is already a green heart emoji available in the Emoji & Symbol (character viewer). Search for "green heart"

If you want it darker green, you are out of luck as Apple does not create emojis, that is the role of the Unicode Consortium who determines what international standard collection of unicode symbols exist, or to create.
