MacOs Ventura update broke usage of logitech mouse.

It's clicking and working, but menu bar and dock is not accessable anymore in fullscreen mode

M720, logitech is update to date, bluetooth refreshing not helping

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.4

If you are saying when you move the cursor all the way to the top or bottom of the screen and neither becomes visible, first try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.

Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support


If that doesn't work, try a different mouse or contact Logitech Support
