My iPhone calendar has been hit with spam invites. In iOS 16.6 I don’t see the option to unsubscribe when following the web guides. I can only hide the calendar from appearing but still get the invite (and red dot). Have added the email to my blocked list. How can I remove the invite and delete the calendar entries please?

Can you tell me where these options are in iOS 16.6 please? The spam Microsoft Teams invites is NOT in my subscribed list.
