Can’t download songs on my Apple Music to stream offline

I could download songs to stream offline ,but all of a sudden I can no longer download I can only stream online

Why does Apple Music still try to use the internet to play music downloaded? I downloaded the entire playlist and it always fails to play songs that are downloaded when my cell data is low strength.

Apple Music Downloaded Songs Will Not Play What do I do when I have plenty of downloaded songs in my library and none of them will play for longer than 2 seconds like it’s waiting for better connection? This problem has persisted all day and multiple times I have been on long trips without a steady internet connection. I continue to pay 5.99 for my subscription when my downloaded songs never work. If the problem continues I will be switching services.
