Lock Screen edit mode disable

why does the iPhone Lock Screen keep going into edit mode? Like 3-5x a day I takeout my phone from my pocket and it’s in this weird edit mode it’s soooo annoying! How do I disable this?

today it somehow accidentally even changed my background.

its soo frustrating
