BBC radio on HomePod

Why won’t bbc radio 2 play on my home pod, it’s ridiculous that every other smart speaker facilitates playing bbc radio stations.

HomePod won’t play radio stations When I ask Siri to play a named radio station it responds with ‘cannot find (name of radio station) in your Apple Music library’. Sometimes it does work and play the station but majority of the time it doesn’t. Everything is up to date. Very annoying, is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know of a resolution? Thank you.

Home pod not recognising BBC radio 4 What is going on with HomePod, I have just bought one as my previous DAB radio had stopped being able to broadcast DAB+ stations, and because of its voice only activation I am not able to tell it to play BBC Radio 4, I am continually being sent to some local BBC station. I see that a number of others are experiencing this issue with BBC radio stations.. Has there been any update or should I be asking for the station using different terms. Apple HomePod mini Issues connecting with RTE Radio 1 For the last month I cannot access RTE Radio 1 through my Apple HomePod mini. I can get R na G, Lyric etc, but Tune In no longer seems to recognise the instruction to "Play RTE Radio 1"

someone was talking about the homepod was using tuneIN (a online radio app with many channels) but that bbc pulled their live radio from the app or something like that
