Has there been an update to how the time is displayed in CarPlay? It's now white text on a light green background. It's hardly visible and almost completely invisible in bright light.
Surely the one thing you want on an interface in a car, when you're driving the vehicle, is for the information to be clear.

CarPlay is set to dark appearance by default in most vehicles. If you prefer to have CarPlay automatically switch between dark and light appearance, do the following:
The dark appearance is optimized for viewing in low-light environments, such as at night."

Thank you for trying that out ... sorry it hasn't helped though. You might want to send feedback to those who work behind the scenes at Apple. Although it won't help you right now, if others are also sending feedback, we may see changes in a future update. There's a web-form for feedback online (link below):
This doesn’t change the time unfortunately, at least not for me. It still is now a green background with white digits. Very hard to see even in the dark for me. Thanks for the tip though.
