My headphones can't connect to my iphone or laptop since last updates.

Everything seems to be working, says it's connected in settings and on headphones (Sony). But Music or podcasts plays merrily on their own without the headphones. Anyone else had this problem since update iOS 16.6 on iPhone and MacOS Ventura 13.5 a few days ago?

Phone is fairly new (12, bought 4 months ago)
