i want to download xcode to my macbook pro 13 but it says Xcode can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 13 or later is required.

i want to download Xcode to my MacBook pro 13 but i keep getting a message saying "Xcode can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because macOS version 13 or later is required." so can you tell me what i should do or if there is any other version to use it?

The last version of Xcode compatible with macOS Catalina 10.15 is Xcode 12.4. You'll find the download links here: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=xcode%2012.4.
