My account has been disabled in the app store and itunes how do I fix it?

I can’t get any new apps. It says that my account has been disabled. How do I fix it?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
