I forgot my apple id password and i dont have my old phone number.

Hello.my mom had this phone and she gave it to me.one day it asked for apple id password and i asked my mom but she forgot it. I tried everything to do it by myself but nothing.i dont have my old phone number so i can recover it and change the password .so im asking apple to go on my phone and change this apple id.please.Thank you.
