"If you don't see Replay
You might need to play more music. Look for a progress bar on the Replay site to see how much music you need to listen to. As soon as you've played enough music, you'll get a notification that your Replay is ready.
If you still don't see Replay, make sure that Use Listening History is turned on for all of your devices:

This is exactly the same for me. I've been using replay for years and in May it stopped updating. I got the same message from Apple about not listening to enough music. Its worked perfectly enough for the past 5 years. I was hoping the latest IOS update would fix it but it didn't
Ive been having the same issue, listening history is on and has never been turned off, this week alone ive listened to 10 hours of music.. I dont think not listening to enough music is my issue…
I did all of this and it still only shows me my milestone of june 25th and I listen to music every day while I study wich is at leat 5 hours a day so I dont think that the hours is the problem.
