Purchased Music on Mac

Hello! I have purchased music which I can download on my iPhone from iTunes Store but I cannot download it on my Mac. I don't have cloud sign. It looks like this element is into my Mac music library but it's not true.

What should I do?

I've deleted full of my music library but this problem is saved. I cannot download that song and some others. When I try to sync my iPhone music library with my Mac, songs from my iPhone don't appear in Mac music library but I can see them on my iPhone. What should I do? What's wrong?
