Repeated notifications that I'm hacked in my OS, iCloud and mail.

Providing a screenshot of the notification would be helpful, but in most case they originate from a web page and can be removed by going to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications. You should block or remove all sites unless you know the specific one that is allowing the notification.
