I'm currently using a Macbook pro retina early 2015 which is in perfect condition.
Since this laptop is not getting the OS VENTURA update, I'd like to know if apple will be rolling out any more updates for this mac or is my current OS Montenary going to be the last OS that my mac runs on?

If your needs versus wants require an new or newer computer to avail yourself of the newer or newest versions of macOS - Yes get a new or newer computer
If as you say the machine is in excellent working condition and to reduce your costs >>
Explore the Apple Trade-In Process where the Value of the exiting device could be used against the cost of a new Apple Computer, iPhone or iPad
Notation - Some devices and depending on the computers age may have little to no value at Trade In time.
But at least the device will not arrive to the Land Fill Site and be recycled in a responsible way by Apple
Or Shop Refurbished Apple computers at an Apple Reduced Cost
Have used both previously and have been satisfied each time.

A - Yes, Apple normally will continue to roll - out Security Updates for about 3 years from the date of release
A - In this case, macOS 12 Monterey was released Oct 27, 2021

A - Yes, macOS 12 Monterey is the last version of macOS that this computer qualifies to run

So does it make sense to upgrade to a newer laptop in order to avail the upcoming new features and operating systems or should I stick to this?
I’d hate to let this one go as it’s in perfect condition.
