My WiFi and Bluetooth won’t connect on my phone. I have tried restoring network settings multiple times with no luck. Also phone keeps crashing randomly.

•  You need to sign in to your router.
• The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network that has a password.

or If you have iOS 16 / iPadOS 16:

Go to -> Settings -> tap Wi-Fi -> tap on the hideen Password -> enter Passcode -> you will then see the Wi-Fi Password.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

First priority......connect the iPhone to a Mac or PC using a cable to back up the iPhone and then back up each day so that you will have a current backup of the phone.

You have taken things as far as you can. Now it is time to make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to let them run the diagnostics on the phone and go over your options with you.
