Dispute Apple Pay

Payments aren’t disputed through Apple Pay. Any payments initiated, received or refunded are between the bank (payment method/credit card) and the merchant. Apple Pay only transmits data in a more secure and safe method than more traditional methods (swipe or chip read) and can’t resolve your issue.

Disputes should always start with the merchant by requesting a refund. If they will or accept return or initiate at refund, please dispute the charge with your bank.
