my airpods wont turn on and ive tried charging them and they dont work

they wont turn on at all. no light comes on. its just off. ive tried charging it but it doesn't charge and the orange light doesnt come on.

AirPods Max not turning on Good evening, I bought my AirPods and have only had them for not even 4 months, and idk how but randomly I tried using them and they wouldn’t turn on. I put them in charge and saw the green light flash and everything (because they were full) and once I took them out of charge again, they turned off. I resetted them and everything, although it worked temporarily they still continued to turn off randomly. Recently the problem got worse, I can’t even use them at all. Once I put them in charge the LED light turns on, but once I take them out of charge the light is gone and It doesn’t work at all.

how can i make my airpods turn on they won’t turn on i’ve charged them for hours my airpods won’t turn on like the light on the front of the case and they won’t connect to anything
