Installing 16.66 in iPhone 14, lost communication with my eSIM !

Installing the 16.67 it was a power failure from my utility company. When power returned, installation resumed, but at the end my phone part was disconnected of my phone operator’s system. We have tried to reactivate and reinstall my eSIM with no success at all ! . I am completely out of communication . Anyone has experienced same problem, some solution?. The message that appear why try to install a new eSIM says “unable to activate eSIM, You can try again, or contact your carrier for assistance”.
