Touch bar flashes bright white

When i dont touch my keyboard, example im watching a film for more than 2 or 3 minutes, the right section of the touch bar starts aggressively flashing bright white. Does anyone know of either a fix or a way to make it not idle?https://youtu.be/0BDD24j0DPA

Right half of Touch bar occasionally flickering The basic issue is that the touch bar will stop displaying whatever buttons are supposed to be there, the left half is black, and the right half is pure white, but flickering manically. I can make it stop doing this by touching any part of the bar, but it'll be doing it again in a few minutes.

Flickering/Flashing Touch Bar on MackBook Pro. Recently (possibly since Ventura update) the touch bar on my 13 inch 2020 MacBook Pro (Intel) is intermittently flashing/flickering. Upon waking the laptop from sleep there is a bright white bar flash. When the touch bar is going to sleep (after about 1:15min) there is about 13-15 seconds of flickering IF the cursor is resting on desktop. If the cursor is not on desktop (on a browser or app etc) the flickering will not stop. The issue is both intermittent and getting worse. It seems to have to do with the touch bar and its "sleep mode" I have tried all the fixes I have seen online - in terminal, in activity monitor, I have reset PRAM, NVRAM, SMC, entered a script that promised a fix, nothing is working, I have turned off control strip in keyboard preferences. Should I be concerned that this is indicating a bigger issue (motherboard etc?)? Is there a known fix? Has apple acknowledged this as a known issue yet? Since none of the fixes I've seen suggested here or anywhere else have made a permanent fix, what do I do next/now? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
