I’ve never used Apple One Subscription. Whenever I’m trying to get the free , it’s saying “Your existing subscriptions are not eligible for trail”. But currently I’m not using any Apple Subscriptions

If you've used a free trial subscription, such as Apple TV, with any of the services offered in Apple One then it disqualifies you from receiving the free one month trial. It doesn't matter if you don't currently have one.
