New iPhone 13 won’t sync with my iPads. Why not?

Everything synced perfectly until this new iPhone 13 was setup. How can I fix this?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Make sure that all of the devices are logged in to the same iCloud ID, that all of the sync switches are set the way you want them, and restart all of the devices.

Old iPhone 6s+. Backed up to iCloud. New 13 setup from iCloud. Now won’t sync messages to iPads, won’t login to Verizon, Notes app didn’t transfer.

I think I hate the 13.
