Where do I take my I-phone to be battery checked and what is the cost for this and if battery needs replaced what is the cost for this too

On your iPhone......
Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity
If the Maximum Capacity is less than 80%, the battery needs to be replaced
Cost for a new battery is $69 (US) at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop
