Lined Paper Template for Writing by Hand With Apple Pencil

Hello, I have tried to create a template to use for handwriting on the screen using Apple’s pencil or other stylus. The problem is that when I try to write by hand, a box for drawing is created. That defeats the purpose of the template. What I want to do instead is to write in the lined space itself. Any solutions other than looking for an app that includes lined paper? Thank you.

I have battled Apple for 4 yrs now about the lack of guidelines for scribble. I am disabled so guidelines would help me write a steady line. We learn to write using a lined paper but Apple refused, I find it rude and unacceptable. Apple grow up and support correctly us who want to use Scribble. Even Apple's Accessibility group agreed.
