I left my airpods in my pockets and it got washed inside of a washing machine, the case and the right airpod are okay but the left one keeps making a buzzing sound when i play music etc. How do i fix it?

Get a New Pair:
If detergent washing used, then it may have green in your ear. So, get a new pair, and maybe consider having your ear examined, if you feel swelling or singing. In all, this has become a Health Hazard.
I washed my AirPods in the washing machine (Red Samsung Front End Loader) w/case and they still work! Even the case works. The charging light on the case (lightning) still lights up green. I looked in my iPhone’s Bluetooth devices and it said the AirPods were connected, so I put the AirPods in my ears and they worked in stereo and they still sounded great. I guessed I was lucky I hope I never do that again!
