The receiver of my iPhone 12 has completely stopped working, this is a manufacturing defect as confirmed by Apple. The repair is likely to take 10-15 days and Apple refuses to provide a loaner device to me for that period. They expect a working person to function without a phone for so many days. So disappointed with Apple service.

I have the same issue. Documented as being part of the batch with the issues, but I'm THREE MONTHS past the three year purchase deadline so my only option is to pay almost 500$ for a replacement. Absolutely infuriating! I requested someone to make an exception for being just out of the 3 year window, but no help.
