iphone 13 pro green/white screen

I updated my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 16.6. It was working well for the first 2 or 3 days, then suddenly the screen started throwing some bright light and the next day the screen got turned completely white/green colored. I am able to receive calls, notifications, etc. The same issue has happened with a lot of iPhone users, especially iPhone 13 series users. Apple should look into this matter, as the service provider is asking me 31k rupees for screen replacement.
