I use Apple Music on my Roku TV. My personal playlists are in alphabetical order by artist. When I bring it up on Roku and hit shuffle it stays stuck in the A category. It is not a true shuffle. How can I get a true shuffle on my Roku app?

1. Open Musicon Apple TV, then navigate to Library.
2. Navigate down to highlight a category or genre.
3. Select Shuffle at the top of the list, then select Play.
4. Siri: Say something like:
* “Play Bastille shuffled”
* “Play ‘More Rain’ shuffled”
We recommend the steps above because they will show you how to browse and play your music via the Apple Music app.

You might have better luck working directly with someone from Apple on this to see if the Roku version of the Apple Music app can shuffle entire playlists or just sections of a playlist. You can Get Support from them here.

Thank you for the advice but I do not have an Apple TV box so it didn’t help
To Shuffle your Song library, start playing a song first and then hit the Shuffle icon on the top right of your TV.
