How to fix Apple Music playback order issue on Roku TV

Hello. I have Apple Music on my Roku television. It works normally and is very functional, except for the fact that I cannot play any album or playlist in order. When pressing the play button, it plays the first song on the album or playlist. Then, it plays a shuffle of the rest of the songs. I’ve made sure that I’m pressing play, and not shuffle, but it still doesn’t work. If anyone has experienced this, please help. Thank you.

My issue is also with my iTunes on my Roku but the issue is that not all of my purchased songs, albums or playlists are showing up when I try to access/ play my purchased music through my app on my Roku. Only some will even show up on the screen and if I search for a specific song it doesn’t show I own it and it will display as a “buy” only option but I pay for AppleOne which should include unlimited downloads. I have checked and I am logged in to my Apple ID on my Roku so none of this is making sense to me. Please help bc I use iTunes exclusively for my music but if I can’t have full access to it then it’s pointless to stay loyal to it. Thank you

We recommend to see if there's a possible update for the Apple Music app from the store on your Roku television. Here's more information: Adding apps from your Roku device Also, please make sure that you disabled the shuffle feature in the Apple Music app. This may help resolve your issue.
