I made an in app purchase, and the product I purchased was not credited. It may have been due to a network issue. Regardless, I requested a refund. However, when I logged on to the app just now, my purchase went through. Now I want to cancel the refund request.

That link just takes me through the same loop, sending me to the page to check the status of my refund request, with no option to cancel. I do not see where to ask the ITunes store staff for assistance.
Thank you, and I did do that. But the AI just seems to have read the words "refund request" and sent me back to the same "check the status of your request" form. Trying a different country's support link is an interesting tactic. will give it a shot
Look for an option to type your own message. You may need to use a different country's support link.
