watch emergency services number

Hi, I've just purchased an Apple Watch SE.

I'm living in the UK. How can I tell that the watch is set up to dial the UK emergency service using the number 999?

If it is set up with UK region then it will dial 999

Swipe up face to Control Centre and tap the two masks icon. If it says "Cinema Mode" then it is set up for UK.

If it says "Theater Mode" then it is not set up for UK
